Scientifically:
I have been working on adapting mass photometry for uses on solubilised membrane proteins and membrane mimetic systems, developing new methods for studying this important group of proteins. Once the pandemic started, I began working on investigating the molecular dynamics of SARS-CoV-2 spike - ACE2 receptor interactions, using mass photometry, at the single particle level.

Background: I did my undergraduate degree at St. John’s College, Oxford, studying Biomedical Sciences. I then joined the Systems Biology Doctoral Training Program, during which I did rotations in the Philipp Kukura and Carol Robinson’s groups.
