Scientifically:
Currently, I am combining mass photometry with in-situ sample manipulation to extract single molecule information beyond their mass.
Background:
For my Bachelor's and Master's degree, I studied Nano Science at the University of Hamburg, Germany. During my doctoral studies in the lab of Jörg Enderlein (Göttingen, Germany), I worked on the combination of single-molecule based super-resolution microscopy with fluorescence lifetime spectroscopy.
